Concrete Repairs

Over time concrete may begin to deteriorate. Concrete patching in most cases is used to correct the problem area. Patching is the process of removing the deteriorated concrete and replacing it with new material. Once complete, a quality patching job will return the structure to a sound state, and provide improved aesthetic value.

Hydro Demolition

On larger projects where time is a factor or where Conventional demolition methods may not be practical EWR utilizes "Hydro demolition for removal of the deteriorated concrete.  Concrete is demolished with high pressure water jets (up to 35,000 psi) which eliminates the need for sand blasting or other preparation of the patch areas.  Hydro demolition also eliminates micro fractures in the concrete that can sometimes be caused by conventional methods of concrete removal.

Expansion Joints

The installation of expansion joint systems provides watertight seals, with traffic bearing capacity.  We do all types of joints including winged, glands and compression.
